Early Voting by Mail is available for voters who meet one of the following criteria: 65 years old or older, a disability which prevents them from going to a polling place, confined in jail but not finally convicted of a felony, or absent from the county during early voting in person and on Election Day.
Any person who runs for county office and intends to accept or spend money on their campaign must file a Designation of a Campaign Treasurer. Forms are available from the Texas Ethics Commission and the Victoria County Elections Office
